NEWS FLASH

The Saw Mill/Nepperhan Valley, from Getty Square up to Tuckahoe Rd.,
 is fast becoming the new hi-tech corridor of Westchester.
It has a new nickname - The N valley!!

Here are some of the recent happenings in the area:

l. Telligent has placed a node on top of one of the buildings in Getty Square.
2. The City of Yonkers is having a vacant building they own on Nepperhan Ave. appraised and prepared for redevelopment as a hi-tech building for new
small businesses.
3. The Nepperhan Business Center (540 & 578 Nepperhan Ave.) has signed a 
contract with Telligent Corp. to make both buildings (150,000 sq. ft.) smart 
buildings for hi-speed computer and telephone access etc.
4. The 500,000 sq. ft. vacant Sak's distribution center has been leased to Quest 
for an internet hotel. This will give the entire area electronic and hi-speed 
access and use in the internet and communications fields.

WHAT A BOOM THIS IS GOING TO BE FOR THE 
SAW MILL / NEPPERHAN VALLEY AND 
THE CITY OF YONKERS!!
